When spring (or fall) arrives, in many countries there are time changes that may disorient everybody, nevertheless, they are adults or kids.
In order to minimize the impact of time change in our babies’ routines, during the previous week, we can delay or move forward mealtimes or bedtimes just ten minutes each day.
Ten minutes in a day is not a very big difference, but doing it each day during a week, we have made the time change without big troubles for the family.
