There are some foods that are dangerous for little babies, although they eat solids because they can cause that your baby choke:
– Food that is sticky or really hard: popcorn, marshmallows, hard candies…
– Hard raw veggies (carrots), whole pieces of canned fruit, and large round fruits like grapes and jumbo blueberries. Cut these fruits into small pieces.
– Whole nuts. All kinds present choking hazards in children under 4, but nut butter is perfectly acceptable.
Save these foods for when babily is older, and you will avoid an unnecessary risk.
