If there’s one thing we learned in Cambodia last week, it’s this: moms are curious, kids are energetic, and DANALAC GOAT is turning heads for all the right reasons.
From July 18 to 20, our local partner brought DANALAC GOAT Formula to life at the Children’s Day Fun Fair held at the Koh Pich Exhibition Center in Phnom Penh. With over 170,000 visitors passing through the venue’s 300+ booths, it was easily one of the country’s biggest family events of the year.
And we were right in the middle of it all.
A Booth Full of Buzz (and Balloons)
From the moment the doors opened, families started pouring into our booth — drawn in by the vibrant design, cheerful team, and, of course, our goat milk formula display. We focused on Stage 3 DANALAC GOAT, made for toddlers over 2 years old, but it quickly became clear that Stage 1 was just as much in demand. Many new mothers came by asking about transitioning from breastfeeding or switching from cow’s milk formulas.
Our team, alongside professional consultants and even a few doctors, answered questions, handed out samples, and shared printed materials packed with nutrition info. Parents were particularly interested in how goat milk is easier to digest, and how DANALAC supports immunity, brain development, and strong bones — something we heard again and again.
“Tastes great, easy to mix, and my baby didn’t have any reaction to it. I’ve been looking for something like this!” — One happy mom told us.
Doctors, Health Checks & Real Conversations
One of the highlights? We were joined by Dr. Nit BunTongYi, Founder of MeetDoctor, Cambodia’s leading digital health platform. Dr. Nit spent time at our booth engaging with visitors, answering questions, and showing real enthusiasm for our formula’s science — especially the focus on immunity and gut health.
Meanwhile, our in-booth health station offered mini check-ups for children — height, weight, and consultations — which became an unexpected magnet for visitors.
These face-to-face conversations proved powerful. Families weren’t just picking up leaflets — they were opening up about their children’s needs, allergies, feeding issues, and questions. That human connection made the difference.
What We Learned (and What’s Next)
We discovered something meaningful during those three days: Goat milk formula is still a novelty in Cambodia — and parents are hungry for information. They want alternatives. They want gentle, effective nutrition for their babies. And DANALAC is stepping up to meet that demand.
We’re now following up with the many new contacts collected at the show — especially moms who wanted to try samples at home. Our partner’s CRM team has already started outreach to keep the conversation going.
